Health Policy Conference Pick-Up
ALL orders from 9/25/23 - 10/7/23 will be available for curbside pickup at the 2023 Health Policy Conference. Shoppes will be located in Salon 14 on Marriott Marquis Level M2 and will be open during the following hours:
- Thursday, October 5: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Friday, October 6: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday, October 7: 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Orders placed between September 25th through October 7th that are not picked up curbside, will be shipped following the conference.
Confirm shipping address
Please confirm the shipping address with Tawanna Barnes at tbarnes@aannet.org for each order placed.
International shipping
Expect delays for international shipping destinations as orders can take up to 3 months to receive. Please note, that the Academy is not responsible for any damaged or lost items.
Expedited shipping
Priority shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact Tawanna Barnes at tbarnes@aannet.org for additional information.
Bulk orders
For orders with quantities over 10 please contact Tawanna Barnes at tbarnes@aannet.org to place a bulk order. Bulk orders are shipped to one address however for an additional fee we can send them to individual addresses.
